The working principle of explosion-proof hand cranked oil pump: by dragging the hand chain and hand chain wheel to start rotating, the friction plate ratchet and brake seat (pressed into one) rotate together, and the five tooth long shaft rotates the plate gear, four tooth short shaft, and spline hole gear. As a result, the lifting sprocket installed on the spline hole gear drives the lifting chain to smoothly lift the heavy object.
The explosion-proof hand cranked oil pump is a centrifugal rotating structure with a copper core rotating body. The copper core rotating body is corrosion-resistant and can suck oil into the oil inlet through hand cranking motion. The rotating body drives the blades to discharge the oil from the oil outlet.
The rotating gear of the explosion-proof hand cranked oil pump undergoes high-temperature heat treatment to achieve high wear resistance of the gear.
